From the very beginning, we were particularly satisfied with the communication via e-mail and telephone with the sales representative, Mr. Zlámal, who explained everything and was very accommodating. The installation of the blinds and wind sensor also went very well. Everything was explained and demonstrated to us by two Proklima employees. From the payment of the advance invoice to installation, everything took the promised three weeks. After a month of use, we are extremely satisfied. Everything works as it should. Overall, I particularly appreciate the approach and communication both during the creation of the order and during the installation itself!
